Package guide

Choose the level of help your revenue dispute actually needs.

Some cases only need a fast outside read. Others need a clean evidence file, a stronger response draft, and a practical action plan before the next deadline. Packages are delivered remotely for business clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU.

Scope comparison

What each package is designed to solve.

The packages are intentionally simple. If a case becomes more complex after intake, we confirm the scope, delivery window, and payment route before doing paid work.

Dispute Triage

$295

A focused read of the situation so you know whether to respond, pause, gather more proof, or change strategy.

Best for
Early-stage uncertainty, a first weak response, payout review, reason-code confusion, or a case that may not justify a full pack yet.
You receive
Case read, likely risk points, evidence gaps, and one recommended next move.
Not included
Full response draft, full evidence matrix, or detailed platform response language.

Revenue Risk Sprint

From $1,800

Priority support when several disputes, payout reviews, or recurring evidence workflows need order quickly.

Best for
Multiple chargebacks, payout holds, retailer deductions, platform compliance reviews, or internal dispute workflows.
You receive
Evidence Pack deliverables with priority review, deadline tracking, reusable templates, and a practical operating checklist.
Not included
Guaranteed outcomes, platform contacts we do not have, payment processing, escrow, or actions that break platform terms.

Direct work is handled by invoice or bank transfer after fit review. Marketplace-origin work stays inside marketplace escrow.

When to upgrade

A triage review can become a full evidence pack.

If the first review shows that a stronger evidence file is useful, we define the scope before the larger package starts.

01

We check whether the dispute is actionable.

No point paying for a full pack when the missing proof is still outside your control.

02

We define what the response must prove.

The pack focuses on facts that matter to the reviewer, not emotional detail.

03

You decide before the larger scope starts.

There is no automatic upsell. The case either justifies the next step or it does not.

Premium delivery

Digital-first, with an optional printed case copy.

Submissions still happen through the platform, bank, retailer, or payment workflow. The printed copy is for your own records, counsel review, partner review, or internal decision-making.

Digital delivery

  • Included with every paid package.
  • Designed for fast review and owner-controlled submission.
  • Delivered as a structured case file and draft language.

Printed Case Copy

  • Optional add-on for Evidence Pack clients.
  • Recommended archive copy for high-stakes cases.
  • Can be included with sprint work when available.

No success fee

  • No percentage of your recovered revenue.
  • No claim that we control the outcome.
  • You pay for documented work, not a platform promise.

Fit check

Good fit, poor fit, and what to prepare.

Good fit

  • Notice, reason code, claim, or dispute deadline exists.
  • You can provide screenshots, messages, order records, payment records, photos, or policy links.
  • The issue affects revenue, reputation, payout, or a business workflow.

Poor fit

  • You want a guaranteed platform, bank, or marketplace decision.
  • You want us to log in as you, bypass controls, or hide important facts.
  • The problem is only a general complaint with no documents or deadline.

Prepare first

  • Decision notice, reason code, payout notice, deduction notice, or chargeback reason.
  • Prior responses or support messages.
  • Timeline, screenshots, receipts, photos, and relevant policies.

Counsel-review ready

  • Clear chronology for counsel review.
  • Evidence list with missing-proof notes.
  • Draft position separated from raw documents.

One more boundary.

We do not publish generic dispute templates because weak, copied language can make a case harder to fix. The value is in selecting the right evidence, removing contradictions, and writing a case-specific draft that stays calm and factual.
