Terms of Service

Last updated: May 21, 2026

1. Service scope

Platform Rescue Desk prepares case reviews, revenue-dispute evidence packs, dispute response drafts, chronology summaries, public response drafts, and practical next-step notes for business platform, payment, marketplace, and retailer issues.

The service is documentation and case-preparation support. Clients remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and submitting any message, appeal, dispute response, or public reply.

We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, debt collection, credit repair, payment processing, escrow, or hands-on account access services. We do not act as a law firm and do not represent clients before courts, regulators, payment networks, marketplaces, banks, or platforms.

2. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee chargeback reversal, payout release, reinstatement, review removal, or any other platform, bank, payment provider, or marketplace decision. Platforms, banks, payment providers, and marketplaces make their own decisions.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information and documents you provide. You must not submit fabricated, misleading, or unlawfully obtained evidence.

You must not send passwords, recovery codes, two-factor authentication codes, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Platform affiliation

Platform Rescue Desk is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Shopify, Airbnb, Reddit, payment networks, banks, retailers, marketplaces, payment providers, or any other referenced platform.

5. Restricted requests

We decline requests involving fabricated documents, fake reviews, fake customer records, identity misrepresentation, platform evasion, hidden account access, spam escalation, harassment, or claims we cannot support with client-provided facts.

6. Business use

The service is designed for business customers and may be delivered remotely to clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU, and other countries. If consumer-specific rights apply in your jurisdiction, they are not limited by these terms.

7. Payment and refunds

Fees are due before paid work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the package, work already performed, and whether the purchased deliverable has been started or delivered.

Direct work may be handled by invoice or bank transfer after fit review. Marketplace-origin work should remain inside the relevant marketplace escrow or payment workflow.

If we determine during a Dispute Triage that a full Evidence Pack is not appropriate, we may recommend no further paid work.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our work to harass, defame, deceive, impersonate, evade platform enforcement, submit false evidence, or violate platform terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for lost profits, platform decisions, account status, rankings, reviews, payout outcomes, chargeback outcomes, or indirect damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
